Merseyside Refugee Support Network and EMTAS Artwork Competition May 2021.

At the end of May we were asked to take part in a competition to mark Refugee Week. The children were asked to produce a piece of artwork to represent this year's theme 'We Cannot Walk Alone'. As always the children of St Anne's created some beautiful pieces of work and six lucky children had their work entered into the competition.

We are very pleased and proud to announce that we have had two winners!

Ezio from 2C was the runner up in the KS1 category and Patrick from 6M was the winner in the KS2 category.

All six entrants will receive a certificate and the two winners will each receive a prize from MRSN and EMTAS.

Well done children!

Schools' Parliament gives an opportunity for the young people of Liverpool to have a voice on matters of concern and to be heard by the people who have influence in the running of the city of Liverpool.

The parliament also provides an opportunity for children to participate in a range of exciting events and activities and empowers pupils to make a real difference within their community.
