We have been enjoying the story of Jack and the Beanstalk in Foundation Stage. We have been acting the story out, measuring lots of various lengths of beanstalks as well as having a visit from the GIANT himself! He arrived in our outdoor area, looking for his Golden Hen, but he left his huge foot prints in our play ground. Have a look at some of the photographs of us discovering them. We also received a letter from him, asking for some help...he was feeling very sad that his Golden Hen had been taken. We decided we would help the Giant and wrote letters to Jack, asking him to return the hen and suggested they could share the hen and the golden eggs.
