Keeping Safe Online

The internet is a great way to connect with your friends and learn new things. But it's also important to stay safe. On this page, you will find some links to other websites that can give us tips and reminders on how to keep ourselves safe online.

Top 3 tips for staying safe online:

  1. Be careful what you share
If you wouldn't want your teachers or parents to see it, it's probably best not to post it. Because once it's online, it's out of your control
  2. Don't meet people you don't know
Even if you get on with them online, you never know who they really are
  3. Use a complex password
It should be hard for other people to guess your password and it's a good idea to change it regularly.
If you see something that you are not happy with online and you don't feel comfortable sharing it with your adults at home, then you can report it to our school's SHARP System page.

This is a website that has specifically been set up as a way of reporting any E-safety concerns. It is for all members of our community. This is a CONFIDENTIAL way to stop YOU or a FRIEND or SOMEONE you have seen SUFFERING.. Please click on the link for further information.
