Scribble is important!
Thank you to those who were able to join me for the recent Reception phonics workshops. I hope you found it useful. As I mentioned, all children's writing begins with scribble and random marks. This is the start of the writing process and develops eventually into recognisable letters. It is important to celebrate and praise any attempt young children make at mark-making or writing.
