PE and Swimming Days
Your child will participate in Swimming lessons every Monday morning. Please ensure they have the correct swimming kit;
Boys; Swimming trunks, towel, swimming cap, goggles (if needed)
Girls; Swimming costume (please no bikinis), towel, swimming cap, goggles (if needed)
PE will be every Friday. Please ensure your child has the correct kit for this day also. Children may attend school in their PE kit; navy blue shorts, white polo top, black PE pumps.

Come and See/Our Wonderful World
All Aboard!
Class 1K have recently been learning all about the famous Titanic as part of our All Aboard Topic! To deepen our understanding we visited the Liverpool Maritime Museum and re-enacted true accounts of the passengers who were on board the ship! After this we took in the amazing views of our city and sketched what we could see! In particular James Street and the Liver Birds where White Star Line resided! On our travels we were delighted to be visited by none other than Santa himself! What a surprise!
Out of This World... Space Topic
Class 1K enjoyed our trip to Spaceport! Our trip introduced us to our topic this term... Space! We were introduced to new concepts such as how the earth orbits the sun and how astronauts prepare for space travel! On our travels we came across a very peculiar pirate ship and simply had to ask the question... How did it get there? Was it left by aliens?
