It is with great pleasure I welcome you to St. Anne’s Catholic Primary School.
Thank you for visiting our website. I hope you enjoy learning about life at St. Anne’s.
Our warm and friendly atmosphere makes St. Anne’s a great place to learn, where children feel safe and develop into responsible young people. They leave us well rounded and caring individuals with a strong sense of community, justice and democracy.
We will empower our children to become respected citizens to enable them to make valuable contributions locally, nationally and globally and to contribute to our world's sustainable future.
All our children are incredibly happy and have a very positive attitude to learning.
The diversity of race and culture of our families adds to the rich tapestry of St Anne’s community where children and adults have genuine respect for each other and enjoy learning with and from each other.
RE Inspector Autumn 2018 (judgement Outstanding):
“St Anne’s does an outstanding job of maintaining its Catholicity whilst truly embracing and respecting the diversity of all the children and families.”
“St Anne’s is the place to be!”
Our staff work extremely hard to develop a core and extra curriculum which inspires and excites children. We ask our children to be the best they can be and we do our best every single day for every single child. We are a fully inclusive school.
We are fortunate to have great support from parents, carers, governors, parishioners and the local community.
We are all very, very proud of our school.
We often welcome past pupils back to school and support them in their work experience or college placements. We love to hear of the successes of our former pupils.
We are always keen to listen to ideas and opinions from our children, parents and carers. These are gathered formally twice a year but please feel free to leave a message on our website, or pop it into the school office at any time.
As we continue to feed back our responses to your suggestions via newsletters or assemblies, we are working on a website page to also inform parents and carers how their input has impacted on School Development. If you would like a paper copy of the information on our website, please speak to our school office who will provide this free of charge.
If you would like to arrange a visit to our school, myself or a member of our Senior Leadership team would be more than happy to meet you and deliver a tour during which you will see fantastic children and adults working together.
