Road Trip USA!
We have been learning all about the different States of America! We made our own video adverts to promote the States that we have been researching
Thank you to our parents and carers who joined us for another successful Family Learning Day. We had lots of fun together!
We imagined that we were hardened Celtic and Roman warriors on the eve of a great battle. We wrote our thoughts in the form of soliloquies and then performed them using Green Screen technology. I think you will agree that they are very powerful pieces of work. Enjoy!
We developed our understanding of Roman Britain with a trip to the Dewa Experience in Chester. We time travelled back to the Roman period and lived as Roman warriors!
We were very fortunate to visit the Philharmonic Hall to watch a performance by the famous author Michael Rosen. We had a fabulous time and his Big Book of Bad Things is now our go to choice during Reading for Enjoyment in our Literacy Carousel!
During Aspirations Week we learned about a range of jobs as well as looking closely at the skills involved.
We agreed on the rights that every member of Year 4 is entitled to and developed our own class charter. We used Pic Collage to display them,
